Also known as a Shasta Daisy, no sunny spot or cottage garden would be complete without this well-behaved daisy.  Lovely white flowers with what looks like torn petals and a yellow centre are produced on strong stems. 

Shasta Daisies make excellent cut flowers.  A perfect choice for a pot of for edging your garden.  The more that you remove the spent flowers, the more this lovely plant will reward you with fresh flowers.   Easily divided in spring to provide you with new plants.  Division of plants should occur every few years to ensure that it flowers to its maximum potential.  Loved by bees and butterflies. Similar to our Leucanthemum Phyllis Smith but these flowers are bigger.

Happy in a sunny or partially shaded position in well-drained soil.
