At Addenbrooke, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible furniture and decor items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Addenbrooke account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage the items in their original boxes with all protective padding and hardware included to ensure they remain safe during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for oversized furniture.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
