A lovely, low-maintenance, evergreen perennial Salvia that bears loads of dark magenta flowers that emerge in spring and continues to bloom right through to autumn. It needs a sunny, sheltered position to protect its little leaves from winds. Like most salvias it prefers a damp but free-draining soil. It looks amazing grown in containers as a feature plant and is suitable for coastal locations. Grows to around 45 cm tall and wide. Lovely little beauty for your salvia collection!
